- .5oz honey syrup(2:1)

Hemingway Daiquiri
Ingredients
- 1.5oz plantation white rum
- .25oz combier pamplemousse
- 1 tsp maraschino liqueur
- .75oz lime
- .5oz Aurora Rosemary Grapefruit
- 2 dashes absinthe
- Shaken/coupe/lime wedge

Lavender Orange Spritz
Ingredients
- .5oz Lime juice
- Orange bitters
- Option to add:
- 1.5oz Gin
- .5oz Lillet
Create
Shake in bitters (to taste) and stir in highball glass with ice.
Top with Aurora. Garnish with fresh lavender.
Cayenne Citron Mule
Ingredients
- .5oz Ginger juice
- .5oz Meyer’s lemon juice
Option to add:
- 1.5oz Vodka
Create
Mix with ice in a copper mug.
Top with Aurora. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Rosemary Grapefruit Collins
Ingredients
- .5oz Lemon juice
- .5oz Pineapple juice
- .75oz Grapefruit juice
Option to add:
- 1.5oz Mezcal
- .75oz Cynar
Create
Shake and strain into Collins glass with ice.
Top with Aurora. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.

Pacific Paloma
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Grapefruit juice
- 2 oz good blanco tequila or Ritual Zero Proof Tequila
- 1 bottle of Aurora Rosemary Grapefruit sparkling hemp (CBD) beverage
- A wedge of grapefruit
- Coarse sea salt
- Sprig of rosemary
Create
- Salt the rim of the glass by rubbing a grapefruit wedge around the edge and dipping it onto a small plate of salt.
- Mix the tequila, grapefruit juice, into a tall glass. Fill with ice and top with a generous pour of Aurora Rosemary Grapefruit. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a grapefruit wedge.
